⭐ Why We Fail in Life — And How One Decision Can Rewrite Everything
(A Motivational, Research-Based Reflection by Abrar Ahmad)
Failure doesn’t happen overnight. It grows slowly — in our doubts, our fears, our hesitations, and most importantly… our lack of decisions.
Every human has moments where success is literally one step away, but we freeze. We imagine everything that can go wrong. We block our own progress. And deep inside, we know we were the reason the door didn’t open.
Today, I want to share my story — not as a perfect person, but as someone who learned the hard way what “failure” really is.
🌟 From Top Student to “Falling Down” — My Turning Point
I, Abrar Ahmad, was a bright student.
Position holder in every class.
First in matric board exams.
Everyone expected great things from me.
But the moment I entered the next stage of life — I slipped.
Why?
Not because I wasn’t capable.
Not because I wasn’t intelligent.
It was because I became lazy, carefree, and distracted.
I became hostelized, free, with no responsibilities… and instead of taking control of my future, I started drifting.
My intermediate marks dropped badly.
This was the turning point — the first big failure of my life.
My family stepped back.
Their hopes were shattered.
Their eyes asked, “Why did you do this to your future?”
And honestly, I had no answer.
🌟 7 Years of Work, Degrees, Skills… Yet No Decisions
Life pushed me into work.
I spent 7 years as a Plant Operator in respected companies like:
-
Engro Fertilizer
-
Olympia Chemicals
-
ICI
-
LCI
And during that journey, I didn’t stop learning:
🎓 Bachelor in Science
🎓 Bachelor in Software Engineering
💻 Freelancing
💻 Web Development
🤖 Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
📱 Social Media Marketing
I had everything — skills, experience, opportunities.
But still… I didn’t make decisions.
I remained stuck because:
-
I was married and had responsibilities
-
Parents’ expectations
-
Fear of judgment
-
Fear of failure
-
Unknown inner fear
-
Lack of patience
-
Lack of consistency
Success was close, but fear was closer.
🌟 The Idea I Won… and Then Walked Away From
Once, I took part in an idea-generation and startup competition.
My idea was selected.
I almost won.
I was even invited for the final pitch. Funding was within reach.
But what did I do?
I walked away.
Because I was lazy.
Because I doubted myself.
Because I feared standing in front of people.
That moment still follows me.
🌟 Today I Am a Government Teacher… But Far From My Field
Now I teach. A stable job.
But deep inside, I know I’m far from the path I once dreamed of.
I left:
-
Industries
-
Freelancing
-
Software engineering
-
AI path
-
My dreams
Not because I couldn’t do it…
… but because I never made firm decisions.
🌟 What Life Taught Me (And What You Need to Learn Right Now)
Here’s the truth:
👉 Mindset is everything
👉 Your decisions shape your destiny
👉 Consistency beats talent
👉 Laziness is the biggest career killer
👉 Fear is a liar
👉 Responsibility is not a burden — it’s a direction
But here’s the NEW and MOST IMPORTANT lesson from my journey:
⭐ Don’t Copy Others. Don’t Follow Someone Else’s Path.
One of the biggest reasons behind failure is this:
We follow others instead of following our own heart.
We see someone earning through YouTube → we jump.
We see someone earning through freelancing → we jump.
We see someone doing business → we jump.
But none of these are our decisions.
They are reactions, not choices.
Life becomes powerful when you decide:
🔥 “I will do what I truly want.”
🔥 “Even if I fall, I will learn.”
🔥 “Every failure gives me experience.”
🔥 “I will get up again and again…”
… until my success becomes viral.
Because success isn’t luck —
Success is trying again after every fall.
🌟 My Final Message
I have started LearnCraftLab.com not just to earn…
… but to restart my journey.
And I pray this time, I stay consistent.
This time, I make decisions.
This time, I rise.
Please pray for me.
Please support this mission.
And share this blog with anyone who needs hope.
Because maybe…
just maybe…
✨ Your success is also one decision away.
