16

NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

LearnCraftLab provides general educational and informational content.

Nothing on the website should be interpreted as legal, financial, medical, investment, or other professional advice where such advice requires a qualified professional.

Users should seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LearnCraftLab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not make warranties or representations that:

  • The website will always be available;
  • The content will always be accurate, complete, or current;

18

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LearnCraftLab and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunities, or other losses arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the website or its content.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability arising from or relating to the website or these Terms will, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount paid by you to LearnCraftLab for the relevant service, if any, during the period giving rise to the claim.
