π National Education Policies in Pakistan
Pakistan has introduced several national education policies and reform plans over the years to improve access, quality, and governance in the education sector. These initiatives aim to promote literacy, expand schooling opportunities, and modernize the education system in line with national needs and international commitments.

The 2009 policy renewed attention on universal education, gender equality, and improved quality of teaching and learning. It recognized education as a fundamental right and stressed the importance of public investment, curriculum reform, teacher development, and improved governance in educational institutions.
